Bluetown Online wanted a self-service vacancy and candidate management portal, it was clear that a fully customised solution would give their clients all the tools they needed and that our expertise was perfectly matched to build the perfect solution.
Bluetown Online are a rapidly growing, revolutionary recruitment company; the bespoke platform we built for them integrates beautifully with Broadbean to collate vacancy listings and applications into a manageable one stop processing shop. Clients can easily add vacancies, buy credits, agree and sign contracts, view and pay invoices online. They can also review candidates and CVs, and manage all communications with them before arranging interviews.
Interviews traditionally involved arranging a few phone calls or making an appointment to meet in person, but COVID put a sudden stop to that in 2020. We worked quickly and efficiently to improve the service so that Bluetown Online’s clients could manage everything online instead. The portal now integrates with Twilio amongst other things to help arrange and host live video interviews, and clever pre-recorded question and answer based videos.
We are continually developing the portal with Bluetown’s team, making the Gravity Careers portal indispensable; it captures and manages automated contracts and agreements, invoices and online payments making it an all encompassing solution.
