EliseParts.com has been one of those projects we always hoped we’d get a chance to work on as the company has a number of existing platforms and workflows that a bespoke approach will do so much for the team.

We always say no two online shops are the same; your product range is not the same as anyone else’s and this website is the epitome of that with a huge deal of control on every product, live stock, and values associated for perfect shipping calculations every time.

The new website has had a careful re-design on both the front-end and administration area. The team wanted to be able to control every element of their product range, a helpful traffic light system allows them to know what parts might need attention.

The site integrates with many APIs; the shop integrates with multiple payment gateways as well as custom APIs that enable effective stock control, parts picking and packaging. The postage functionality integrates with three different shipping APIs for various couriers, countries, and postage constraints.

The team aim to deliver first class customer service every time. With their wealth of specialist knowledge, we’ve supported them with some great features to help continue offering that, such as wish lists, automated loyalty discounts, and pro forma invoicing in case customers need some personalised help.
