This privacy policy explains how Applecado or ‘we’ use any personal information we collect about you when you use our website or services.

What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you email us or use our website’s contact form.

The information collected may include your name and email address, as well as anything you may include in the email’s or contact form’s message area. We do not store your personal information anywhere else until you request a proposal for work from us.

We do not request or hold any sensitive personal data about you.

Why we need your data
We need to collect minimal information about you to fulfil your request for our services. When you request a proposal from Applecado, we may add your name, email address, and contact details to our CRM and if a contract is signed your contact information will be added to our invoicing software.

We do NOT pass your details onto any third parties; we will not add you to any newsletter subscription lists, or other marketing activities.

How long will we store your data?
If Applecado provides any paid services, we will keep your information for a minimum of 6 years as required by UK tax law. If you decide not to go ahead with a proposal or quote, we will keep your information for no more than 12 months.

What are your rights?
You may request a copy of, or ask us to delete any of the information we hold about you. If you have any questions about or would like a copy of some or all of the information we keep, please email or write to us.
