MK14 Components came to us needing a complete ecommerce solution to take them from a manual telephone based part supplier to modern web based company.

We crafted their new website to give customers an easy to use experience, allowing them to find the products they require using a simple search. After adding items to their basket, they can continue to progress through the checkout process and make their payment online. The site allows user registrations and shows historic orders and management of saved addresses.

In the back-end, the MK14 team can quickly add new products, manage stock levels, edit customer details and view new orders. The site also allows customer to order items which cannot normally be shipped by standard methods, and the team can manually quote for delivery and after confirmation from the client add the additional charge to the order.
